Free Delivery over £200 is applicable to UK Mainland only. Should you be situated further afield then please contact us before placing your order to discuss shipping costs.
Please allow 7-21 days for delivery on all items, however if you are local to us then the delivery could possibly be sooner.
We deliver using a furniture delivery specialist. They will telephone to book in the delivery date and give you an estimated delivery time, they will then send a text 1 to 2 days before the day of delivery to confirm your item has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle, on the day of delivery they will phone 1 hour ahead to advise you they are soon to be with you, which saves a lot of time taking the day off work or waiting in all day.
Should you simply change your mind and wish to return your item then you will need to inform us within 14 days of the item being received and signed for.
Returned items must be in a resealable condition (ie not fully partly or fully assembled, or incurred any damage when hung on a wall) and you are responsible for their safe return including cost of postage.
We can collect for a pre-agreed fee and as a guide this can range between £20 - £90 depending on the size/weight/fragility but please note this can be considerably higher for larger heavy or fragile items.
Once items have been received back and checked, we will issue you a refund minus all courier charges.
Please allow 1-5 days for refunds to clear, 14 days if you have paid by PayPal.
All items for returning must be unused and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept any return without these requirements being met.
All damages on smaller items sent by DPD Couriers must be notified to us within 24 hours of being received and signed for. We will not accept returns without the original packaging.
All damages on larger items and Mirrors must be notified within 24 hours. We will not accept returns without the original packaging.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received back to us, therefore we recommend you use a registered, insured postal service and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged in it's original packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives back in a resalable condition.
We will not accept returns without the original packaging.
